The General Services Administration (GSA) is considered to be the largest landlord in the world and owns & leases over 376.9 million square feet of space in 9,600 buildings in more than 2,200 communities nationwide. With such a large portfolio, its design needs are varied and extensive.

 

PDG Architects provides architectural and engineering services to the GSA, including refurbishment and renovations to its historic buildings, architectural and code upgrades and numerous MEP services. Projects on-going and completed include a vast array of infrastructure upgradEs including: electrical switch gear replacement, exterior window replacement, restroom renovations, ADA upgrades, life safety system upgrades, chiller replacement, emergency generator installations, lobby upgrades, plaza renovations, geotechnical studies, roofing upgrades and replacements, and numerous others.
