The University of Houston expressed the need to renovate and upgrade the historic Oberholtzer Residence Hall, a focal point for campus life as the primary supply of room and board services to students living on campus.

 

PDG Architects was contracted to conduct a Physical Condition Survey & Feasibility Study centered on five major categories:

1. Building envelope

2. Mechanical systems

3. Electrical systems

4. Plumbing systems

5. Life safety and building code.

The in-depth final report was completed within 21 days per the original expedited schedule.
