PDG has completed a design for a new Fitness Center located on the first floor of the Santa Fe Building in Dallas. This 11,693-square foot facility is designed as a members-only fitness and recreation facility for the numerous federal agencies housed in the Santa Fe Building and the adjacent Earle Cabell Federal Building.

The work includes full demolition of existing construction, including mechanical and electrical systems, as well as the implementation of all new systems, construction and finishes.
