The design/build team of PDG Architects, PM Realty, and SpawGlass were contracted by Rice University to complete construction documentation, manage, and construct a ground-up apartment style housing project to house their graduate student body.

 

Design intent documents commissioned by Rice University from a different design firm were used as basis for construction documentation development. The concerns of the Rice Village community were incorporated through the re-design of exterior elevations.

 

This project was completed on an aggressive 18 month schedule, through close coordination and combined efforts of the PDG/PM Realty/SpawGlass team.
