The existing wood windows (a total of 136) within this historical building are visibly deteriorated. The General Services Administration contracted PDG Architects to perform a building Condition Assessment Report outlining the existing condition and recommendations for repair and/or replacement of these windows. As this Renaissance Revival-Style building was placed on The National Register of Historic Places in 1988, it is imperative that materials and methods be consistent with the original structure.

PDG’s report included a full assessment of the existing conditions and outlined the scope of work necessary to fully restore these windows.
