Our decades old relationship with Houston Independent School District (HISD) started in 1998 with the award of improvement projects at five area schools as part of HISD’s 1998 Bond Program. This relationship has continued with the later bond programs and has resulted in ground-up schools, additions, and renovations/upgrades. Services provided have included programming, design and construction documentation/administration, detailed facility assessments, life safety and accessibility code analysis, building envelope and building systems upgrades, and restroom upgrades at about 40 schools.
