In a joint venture between PDG Architects and Gensler, a vacant 98,000-square foot retail building was renovated into a Class-A office space to house various divisions of British Petroleum, a leading oil and gas company.

The space was configured into open workstation clusters with conference rooms, multi-purpose training rooms, private offices, and support space. The striking use of color, pattern, and form transform this space from “big box” retail into an attractive and functional contemporary office space.

PDG transformed schematic designs into detailed construction documentation and provided construction administration services throughout construction phase of the project.
